What does this tool do?

We calculate the amount of enery a webpage takes to load, and then work out how much carbon that produces. Finally, we work out how much of that carbon could be reduced by optimising the web page properly.

The average website produces 50kg of carbon per 100,000 page views – that's the same as driving your car 220km!

How do you calculate the scores?

We use a number of different data points, including X, Y, and X to calculate our scores. This is validated against a database provided by Acme inc.
